Had 7 nights in Palma Nova, spending my time here lovely. My room included an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV with satellite channels. Location: the hotel was near to beautiful beach, shops and night life and lovely bars and restaurants. The staff was very informative and extremely friendly - I would stay there again.

Breakfast was very very good, we really enjoyed the location of the place.
Booked a room with fresh towels too. The location was central, adjacent to a beautiful beach which was lovely for early morning or after dinner walks, the main bar strip/nightlife and seaside promenade.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They provided lots of information and our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely extra touch of complimentary sparkling wine. The pool area was great, with plenty of beds available, and we enjoyed the buffet selection for breakfast and lunch.
The evening entertainment was mostly indoors, which would have been nicer outside. Additionally, the food options for kids were limited, with mostly chips and junk food available.

They changed my room because of a staff error, when I had everything installed. . The definitive room after the change was not of the same characteristics as the previous one, because it had smaller size and to emphasize in the bathroom the washbasin was too small.

The hotel is totally focused on the German tourist, from breakfast to entertainment, which is in German. Breakfast varied but industrialized, pastries cereal yogurt... There is a lack of products from the land

Original hotel, clean, very, very nice stuff and the beds were large. It was in a great and brilliant location with Palmanova Beach nearby. By the way, a garden and a hill were close to the place.

Enjoyed the place, had a fine stay on the 1st night of our 4 night stay. King room with nice toilet, clean sheets and fresh towels accommodated us perfectly. The fantastic onsite restaurant had a lot of food.
